As a graduate of Unniversity of South Florida’s Theatre department, Tia has had the opportunity to train with talented professionals. While at USF, Tia had the chance to work on three productions as a cast member, Women Beware Women by Thomas Middleton, Titus Andronicus by William Shakespeare, and In the Next Room by Sarah Ruhl. After graduating, she landed the best postion at South Tampa Center for the Arts, children’s performace studio, as the Assistant director and Acting Up teacher. Tia also secured an agency, Seven Model & Talent and has continued performing with a chance to be in a film, Skyship Chronicles, commercials, Ped Egg, and various shows with Gypsy Stage Reperetory. Her most recent and all-time favorite role would have to be Miss Gwendolyn Fairfax in Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest. Tia enjoys being able to take part in Tampa’s growing Theatre world and looks forward to seeing what more it has to offer.
